GX proudly support Macmillan Coffee Morning
28 September 2015To raise money for the ‘World’s biggest coffee morning’ the team at GX all crowded into their boardroom and ate cakes in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.
The boardroom table was laden with a variety of home baked cakes, from Victoria sponges and numerous chocolate treats, to muffins and even a Pork Pie! Between them the staff raised £170 for the charity.
Self-appointed Bake Off judge, managing director Mark Helmich, said; “It’s been a rare treat to see the board room filled with so many cakes of all shapes, sizes and varieties – I think we may very well have to ‘keep calm and let them eat cake’!”
